The beautiful beaches 'Praia da Aguda' as well as 'Praia das Maçãs' are in reach by car in a few minutes (3km.). The big garden, the swimmingpool and the terrace with barbecue offer a lot of space (approx. 500m2 in total). The swimmingpool is maintained during the whole year, which enables you to take a dip even during winter (not heated), especially then, when rough tides don't allow you to swim in the sea. The house is comfortably warm also in the colder seasons, since the rooms are interconnected over a ventilation system with the fireplace. The world-famous city of Sintra with its innumerable castles and palaces is at 15km.
