The house "Casa Prevesendes" is an old farmhouse which was recently lovely restored to a very cozy and comfortable holiday home with a nice pool in spectacular surroundings. Just getting to the house is already an adventure, small streets leading up the hills, where the house is located very isolated with a nice view onto the mountains. If you are looking for real holidays, if you need to relax and if you do not want to hear anything else than the birds waking you up in the morning, inviting you for a dip into the pool, this is the right place for you. The house is situated about 5 kilometers from São Martinho de Gandra, where you get all basic groceries, however, if you need anything else, the nice town of Ponte de Lima is just another 5 km away. The famous national park "Peneda - Gerês" is not even half an hours drive from your holiday home and a must during your stay. Ponte de Lima, Viana do Castelo, Braga and Guimarães belong to the oldest communities in Portugal, with breathtaking historical centers. A two weeks visit for sure, wont be enough to see at least all the major sites around you holiday home. The house itself has a very nice living - dining room with fire place and satelite TV; three very comfortable and tasteful decorated bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Of course there is a nice pool, a terrace, a barbecue and a spectacular and relaxing view over the mountainious landscape.
